Zach's earlier background in theatrical licensing includes senior licensing leadership positions at Samuel French/Concord Theatricals and Theatrical Rights Worldwide, collectively stewarding millions in annual royalties and negotiating contracts for thousands of professional regional theatres, tours, and independent producers. Zach has also held positions at Roundabout Theatre Company, The Public Theater, on Broadway and commercial producing experience under Barry and Fran Weissler at National Artists Management Company.
Zach brings an unusually comprehensive view of the licensing ecosystem and the structural challenges facing independent theatrical development.

As a staunch advocate for human-centric, creative work in a world obsessed with relentless productivity, Cary brings over a decade of foundational leadership and administrative experience with PlayMaker’s Repertory Company, Theatre Development Fund, Entertainment Community Fund, New York Theatre Workshop, Theatrical Rights Worldwide, and Only Make Believe.
As Managing Director of Kitchen Theatre Company in Ithaca, NY, Cary implemented a transparent and artist-driven management style in partnership with Artistic Director Rebecca Bradshaw - a practice she then honed as General Manager of Tectonic Theater Project with Off-Broadway, regional touring, and international productions of Moisés Kaufman and Amanda Gronich’s 2024 Pulitzer Finalist in Drama and 2025 Lortel Award-winning play Here There Are Blueberries. Cary holds an MFA in Theater Management & Producing from Columbia University’s School of the Arts.
Jenny has worked across the industry in a variety of roles, including Writer’s Assistant to Steven Sater (Spring Awakening), Literary Manager for BEDLAM.
She also works freelance as a copy editor, ghost writer, designing series/film bibles, developing new works for theatre and film, & providing coverage & notes on scripts. Get in touch:
